It's been awhile since I made one of these! I have been wearing the frills for more than 10 years; oh how the time flies. After taking a brief hiatus from the fashion, I fell hard into Sweet and my wardrobe grew exponentially. I now have Officially Too Many Blouses, so this post will only catalogue my main pieces!
